We preserve the past, educate the public, and inspire the future of narrative games.
The Foundation exists to ensure that the history, artistry, creators, and cultural significance of story-driven games are not lost as technology changes and the industry moves forward.
At the same time, we want to encourage a new generation of developers to create games that challenge players to think, explore, solve, imagine, empathize, and become immersed in meaningful interactive worlds.
Our philosophy can be summarized as:
